SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 workings days. At the moment we post orders using Royal Mail 1st Class for UK customers and various couriers to overseas customers. UK customers will typically receive their orders in 2-4 working days. Deliveries may take longer to arrive during busy periods, such as Christmas, Bank Holidays and when we are at shows. We appreciate your patience if your order is affected.

UK FLAT RATE 1st CLASS SHIPPING  - £3.95

UK ORDERS OVER £60

Any order over £60 will be posted free of charge. 

Please note this does not apply to our courier service.

CLICK AND COLLECT FROM STORE

To help our more local customers, we are now able to offer a Click and Collect delivery service to pick up your orders from our shop on Lavender Hill.  This Service is available from Monday to Saturday from 10am-5pm.

At checkout please select the Free Pick Up Delivery method and you will be notified as soon as your order is ready, usually within 2 days. 

EUROPE: 

GPSR (General Product Safety Regulations) update for our friends in the EU and Northern Ireland. With apologies but with immediate effect we will no longer be able to accept orders from anywhere in the EU and Northern Ireland. The costs of compliance are significant and the penalties for non compliance severe, so despite the fact that we have complete confidence in the safety and provenance of everything we sell, we have had to take this drastic step. Should the situation change we will update this page as soon as we are able to.

USA

Our friends in the USA - after the 29th August 2025 the de minimis exemption is over which means that all orders (even those under the previous limit of $800) will face custom charges when arriving in the USA. Although it is unclear at the moment what that will mean, it could simply mean an extra 10% custom charge on what you have bought but it could also mean a flat fee of $80 on top of what you have paid for your order; and this could continue for the next 6months.  

So if you are looking to order from us - we advise to order in the next few days to avoid any additional charges.

Any orders likely to arrive after the 29th August - will be cancelled due to the unknown of what what you will charged at your end. And with a heavy heart will stop sending to the USA after the 29th August.

Obviously this is not ideal and not something we want but while it is unclear, we think it is best to avoid any of lovely customers being hit with a big unplanned bill.
