Well, now is your chance. We have a job opportunity to work in our Lavender Hill Shop in Battersea on a Tuesday and two Saturdays a month.
We are looking for someone to work with us in Lavender Hill, Battersea serving our great customers in our shop but with an eye for detail to help us cut and pack online orders, whilst also maintaining the high standards of customer service you have all come to expect from us.
But what else are we looking for?
- Well, retail experience is an essential as we are looking for someone to work in our shop, and a key part of the job will be serving customers. But the role will also include supporting the website by cutting and mailing out orders.
- Some experience within at least two of our main fields - Dressmaking, Quilting and Soft Furnishing is a great start.
- Good time keeping and reliability would also be very helpful and it goes without saying you need to be fun too.
- This might surprise you but sometimes things at FG Headquarter can get a bit dull and tasks a little tedious so you need a great level of self motivation.
- You would be joining our small team, where team work is an absolute necessity alongside great communication and a positive attitude.
The important but slightly dull stuff,
- The hours would be from 9am till 5pm on a Tuesday and two Saturdays a month, (extra availability is also very handy for holiday and sickness cover). This includes a half an hour lunch break, and covers our opening hours of 10am till 5pm too.
- We pay all our staff the London Living Wage.
- Ideally we are looking for someone to start pretty soon.
